Claiming his ticket at the Texas Pro Kart Challenge program, Texan driver Parker Chase is set to take on the biggest event of his young karting career. Traveling to the NOLA Karting facility in New Orleans, Louisiana, Chase will see action in the Rotax Micro & Mini Invitation during the weeklong Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals event.
“I am excited to get to NOLA and hit the track against all the other Rotax Mini Max drivers,” explained Parker Chase. “We will all be in equal equipment so it will be interesting to see which drivers are able to get up to speed early.”
With 36 drivers earning tickets through their respective championships through the United States, Canada and Mexico, Chase was the champion of the Texas Pro Kart Challenge program. Competing aboard his Chase Racing powered CRG, the youngster earned an invitation to the international event and will look to stand atop the podium.
Parker Chase and Chase Racing would like to thank Yonny Hernandez and Noel De Leon as well as his parents and family for their continued support throughout the 2013 racing season.
Chase continued, “I have had a lot of people behind me this season and I want to make them proud this week with another strong finish.”
